William "Bill" Eugene Roussel Jr., age 78 passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023.
A a celebration of life and military honors for Bill will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Desert Springs Community Church, 14440 W Indian School Rd,, Goodyear, Arizona 85395.
