Loreta May Ruggles

Loreta May Long was born in Oklahoma on February 8, 1926. She married Carl E. (Butch) McMillian in 1941. They lived in Oklahoma, Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming, Alaska, and California. Three husbands preceded her in death: Butch McMillian, Hal Oetgen, and Tom Ruggles. Following Tom's death, she moved to Washington State to be near family. She enjoyed her time at Riverview. She is survived by her son Larry, Grandson Shawn (Sheri), Granddaughter Robbie (Jeff Chamberlain), Great Granddaughter Sierra, Brother Bert (Bev), Sister Lynn, Sister-in-law Nancy, and Daughter in law Judy. She is loved by her nieces and nephews, stepchildren and step-grandchildren all living in California and Colorado.
