OBITUARY
Alyce Ava Broome
June 4, 1945 – March 6, 2023
Alyce Ava Broome passed away peacefully in her home in San Luis Obispo on March 6, 2023.
Alyce was born in 1945 in Kinston, NC. She moved with her husband Chris to Morro Bay in 2000 and later to San Luis Obispo. She developed strong ties to the community and enjoyed volunteering to support the needy, both two and four-legged.
Alyce was a software engineer for many years and later became a professional artist, developing much of her work from the scenery and beauty of the Central Coast.
Alyce is survived by her husband Chris, brother William, stepchildren Jonathan, David, Luanne and her family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the San Luis Obispo office of the Alzheimer’s Association.
