Bernice Solomon

In memory of our loved one, Bernice Solomon, 97 years old, born on August 26, 1925, and passed away on May 15, 2023. We will remember her forever. Bernice Solomon was born in Brooklyn, New York, on August 26, 1925, to Louis and Lillian Leitstein (née Epstein.) Bernice was pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Herbert; her brothers Jack, Robert and Stanley; her sister, Florence Slotnick; and her nephews, Lee David, Ronald and Stuart Leitstein. She is survived by her son, Stephen Solomon, of Columbia, SC, and his wife, Joie; son, Mitchell Solomon, of Tamarac, FL, and his wife, Theresa; grandson, Chad Solomon, of Columbia, SC, and his wife, Alison; great grandchildren Charlotte, Ford and Olivia Solomon; granddaughter, Jamie Junis, of Columbia, SC, and her husband Steven; great granddaughter, Camryn Junis; grandson Brian Godfrey of Columbia, SC; great grandson, Layne Godfrey; sister-in-law, Rose (Mrs. Jack) Leitstein of Davie, Florida; nieces Lynn Mauss, Cindy Beene, Linda Mango, Diane Diedrich, Judith Small, Rachel Micklin, and Harriett Kennedy; and nephew, Jeremy Lewis.
