Darlene Mae Carmody

Darlene M. Carmody passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 25, 2023. She was a loving wife, mother and dear friend to many. Darlene had an infectious smile and laugh, and will be missed by all. Darlene is survived by her husband of 70 years, Melvin D. Carmody; her son, Doug and spouse Sharron Carmody; daughter, Kathy Carmody and spouse Jeff McIntyre; and son, Michael Carmody. Darlene lived a full life with an amazing highly successful career in real estate. Once retired, she focused on doing accounting work for a small family business, and in her spare time she loved bowling and being the secretary of her bowling leagues. She and Melvin loved to travel and explore. A celebration of her wonderful life will be at the Plano Super Bowl (VIP AREA) 2521 K Ave. Plano, TX 75074 on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 2:00-4:30pm.
