Patricia Ann Yorker

Patricia Ann Yorker, 81, of Tarpon Springs, passed away on January 27, 2023 from complications following surgery. Born on July 30, 1941 in Utica, New York, to the late Thomas McGovern and Rose Boyea McGovern. A graduate of Baldwinsville High School in Upstate New York, Patricia worked for several large companies including Lockheed Martin and Anaren as a technician before her retirement. Patricia was treasured by those who knew her. She was a renaissance woman who loved cooking, gardening and creating crafts. She was a social person who made lifelong friends wherever she went. She enjoyed gatherings, playing Mahjong, cards, word games, campfires, and golf. Most of all, she loved spending time with family and those friends who became family. Her infectious laughter and bright smile will be so very missed. Patricia is survived by her husband, Harry Parody of Tarpon Springs, sons Terry Yorker (Cheryl Joyce) of Clay, NY, Thomas Yorker of Brewerton, NY, and Kenneth (Robyn) Yorker of Dunedin; sister Sharon Konetzki of Mattydale, NY, 6 nieces, 2 nephews, 5 grandchildren and one great grandson. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and beloved sister Jean Green. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
