Obituary of Cynthia Lynn West Cynthia Lynn West, 69, passed away on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023 at Palm Garden of Largo. Cynthia was born on June 4th, 1953 in Cleveland Ohio to George West and Ruth (Gottschling) West. She is survived by her children, Rhonda (Peter) Boyd, Phillip (Marliese) Billodeaux, Brian (Jenny) Walker. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Hannah Boyd, Savannah Walker, Summer Walker and Ella Walker. Loving siblings Craig (Deb) West, Cheryl (Scott)Telk, Clint West and Chris West. A celebration of life for Cindy will be held on February 18th, 2023 at American Legion post #273, 600 American Legion Dr Madeira Beach, FL 33708, from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
