Daniel Edwin Voss

Daniel Edwin Voss, a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather “PA”, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023 in Hudson Oaks, Texas. Danny was born in Peoria, Illinois on January 3, 1945 to Leonard E. and Doris June Voss. He moved to Fort Worth at the age of five, where he attended school graduating from Paschal High School in 1963. He and Sarah Wofford (high school sweetheart) married in April of 1964, residing in Fort Worth where they raised their two daughters, Vicki and Michelle. Danny was an Electrical Contractor for several years before going to work for Lockheed Martin for16 years; then spending many years at Tarrant County College from which he retired in 2011. Danny loved playing golf with his brother and other friends. He was happiest at home with family, friends and a good meal. Survivors: Wife, Sarah Wofford Voss; daughters, Vicki Head of Weatherford and Michelle Miller of Fort Worth; brother, Bob and wife Jackie, of Aledo and four grandchildren; Lindsey, Bailey, Cameron, Caroline and fur babies, Binki and Harley. A Memorial Service for Danny will take place at a later date.
