Dear Lori & Family,
I'd like to convey my condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. I was saddened when I heard about Uncle Mark passing.  He was a wonderful uncle in my younger years and brought a lot of joy to our family.  Whenever we stayed at their home, I came as a package deal with two younger brothers, but he always made sure I felt included.   He was a shining example of kindness and  generosity and made sure all those around him felt welcome...a true gentleman.  In celebration of Marks more humorous side, I hope he gets to take the Big Guy clay shooting while leaving the recoil pad hidden for a while or duck hunting with a buck grunter. You'll be missed Uncle Mark!!

Lori, I am so sorry for your loss.  Mark was a wonderful uncle to me.  He allowed me to start working at Farm Basket when I was 15 for him and worked for him until I was 19.  He was always so happy and easy going, how he managed to handle so many teens working for him at the same time with such patience and happiness I will never know. He even gave my husband and I our first lawn mower when we were newly married and  landscaping our first home.  It's just hard to believe he is gone. I have no doubt he is lighting up heaven with his smile.  

Having Mark as an Uncle was a wonderful experience he was caring, kind, and extremely patient,  as I remember him. I learned a lot from Uncle Mark: he taught me how to bait and tie  my own fishing hook, how to cast my line, fishing etiquette in general. He let me help him make his shot gun shells and explained as we went. Since I was 11 I have understood that sometimes a negative  is a good thing and not just in golf.  Not only was he a wonderful uncle he was a very good boss to his crew at Farm Basket. “If you have time to lean you have time to clean”  as he would remind us in the down time  between rushes the summer I worked with him. 
I am fond of my memories of Uncle Mark and wish that I had let him know how much he was loved by his nieces and nephews  and how he was missed by us after my aunt and he divorced. 
My heart is heavy knowing there is no longer the opportunity to let him know what a wonderful Uncle he was.  



Lori, we were so sorry to hear about 
Mark.  He is family and we cared very much about him. He was just a great guy.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and a great gun collector.  He tried to teach me skeet shooting, to no avail, ha.  We went quail hunting and for deer.  He sure tried to teach me and never complained.  I have very good memories that I wont forget.  Mark cared about everyone.  I know he loved sharing Duck Creek with you.    Hold on to your memories, he was so special and will be missed.  If we can do anything please let us know.  With love, Milt and Frankie Menchey…..
