Pat (PK) was always a good friend to me. He didn’t have to be, but he was & if I needed him, I know he would have done what he could to help. He was always compassionate with me & made it clear that if ever I needed anything- someone to talk to or to listen- he would be there. We had a thing he called ‘his 2 year check in’ where he would message me ‘just doing his 2 year check in with me’ making sure all was good. I have to admit, when he did his check in in May of this year I had yet to get back to him & I deeply regret that. It’s not something I will forget or forgive myself for. I know he loved his daughter more than life itself & enjoyed every minute he had with her. He was a proud, doting father. I will keep his daughter, his family & all of our friends in my thoughts as this has been a particularly devastating blow. I’ll miss our 2 year check ins PK💔
I love you. Rest Peacefully my friend.
