Janice May Carmody

Janice Carmody ( Perreault ) 71 years old has started her journey to the spirit world on Sunday May 21st 2023. Janice was born to James and Janet Perreault of Couchiching First Nation in Ontario Canada on December 16, 195. Janice earned her degree in Telecommunications at an early age and was employed with Quest Communications for over 25 years before retiring. Janice married the love of her life William Carmody July 16, 1988. She loved to travel with Bill in his Peterbilt, Casinos, Fishing, Camping , Telling jokes and spending time with her family and friends. Janice is met in the spirit world by her parents James and Janet Perreault, sister Jean Archie, brothers Merle Perreault, and Jimmy Perreault. Love of her life William Carmody, Son James Anderson, Granddaughter Katie Jourdain and many more loved family and friends. Janice is survived by her sister Jocelyn Johnson, Daughter Geraldine (Lawrence) Lusty, Grandchildren Joshua Jourdain, Aimee ( Antwain ) Oliver, James Anderson, Aaron ( Misty) Lusty, William Anderson, Great-grandchildren Isaiah, Aiden, Adrian, Katie, and Jessie. Memorial Services will be held on Monday June 5, 2023 with Richard Wright Officiating at Gichitwaa Kateri Church 3045 Park Ave Minneapolis MN 55407. Visitation will begin at 10am with service and potluck style dinner following. Burial will be determined at a later date at Couchiching First Nation Cemetery in Fort Frances Ontario Canada.
