Lynn D Larsen

Passed away on August 21, 2020

13 People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” 16 And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them. Mark 10:13-16

Lynn was such a thoughtful lady and loved to bring joy to others. I recall all of the Halloween costumes she sewed for her children and foster children! Very elaborate costumes! They were always the best ones in the entire school at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran School. When we moved from Colorado to Wisconsin, she handed down all of her costumes to our family and my kids wore them out! But every time they wore them I smiled and thought of Lynn and her HUGE heart! Her memory will live on with so many people. And now she is in heaven, ready to greet all of us someday! What a lucky lady!
